ARCHITECTURE · PLANNING · LANDSCAPE DESIGN
A modern and impressive estate. Built to exceed all expectations from a modern, design villa.
Casa Cascais is the perfect fusion between timeless lines and modern elegance.
Entering the house, you are welcomed in a spacious living area with double ceiling height and plenty of light.
In this villa we have been able to represent the fusion between Andalusian and modern architecture. For example, the villa has a double height hall and living room, with gabled roofs with modern lines and Andalusian terracotta tile roofs.
After leaving your car in the garage or in the large access square, you walk through two gardens that grow from the basement to where two waterfalls spill, both flanking the double height entrance hall on the right and left, which also directs the view to the main living room window and behind the large swimming pool.
Once inside the house the corner opens up to reveal the spacious double height living room with its large windows and a mezzanine floor that can work as a library or games room that overlooks the living room.
The kitchen is fully integrated into this space, leaving a service kitchen neatly hidden behind so that numerous guests can be entertained.
The advantage of this house is that thanks to the large width of the plot, the shape of the house leaves the possibility to include 3 landscaped patios. The leisure rooms in the basement, such as the spa/gym, games room/bar and wine cellar are brightly lit by these three landscaped patios…giving life and natural light to the basement.
In short, Casa Cascais is a fusion between Andalusian and modern architecture with large interior spaces and an extremely rich and complete programme thanks to the use of noble useful metres on 3 floors.
